Nestling in a peaceful and secluded valley overlooking fields and woodland, La Grange is a converted Charentais stone barn, renovated, decorated and furnished to make a spacious and very comfortable home with it's own private heated swimming pool.

The accommodation sleeps 10 comfortably and has a light and spacious sejour with stone walls, stone fireplace and enormous oak beams, further extended by the large balcony overlooking the valley and heated pool.

Situated near the Charente/Dordogne border, Chalais has an impressive Chateau overlooking the town which is only 2 minutes by car. There is a large colourful street market as well as supermarket, banks, post office, cafes, etc.

The famous towns of St. Emillion, Bordeaux, Cognac, Perigeux and the expansive beaches at Royan are all around an hour's drive.
